That's easy! :D Once it's in the Startup folder, navigate to the Startup folder and right click on the Genome shortcut, then go to Properties. You should be in the Shortcut tab. Down near the bottom of that page, there is a dropdown box named "Run:". Select "Minimized" from that dropdown...

I think I didn't think of my parents as mean until I was about 13 or 14 and getting into the teenage rebellion stage. I'll try not to let them get to me any more, but they already have. Mom just had a talk with them, so I feel better.
