    Athlon operating temp and voltage

40 is a pretty hot temperature if you're not stressing it all that much. I would look into getting an OCZ heatsink from here along with some of their QuickSilver thermal goop. That should sufficiently cool ya down. :smash:

    Athlon operating temp and voltage

I think up to the T-bird 1.0 or 1.1, operating voltages were 1.7. After 1.0 it was raised to 1.75 Normal operating temps are usually around 35-45 depending on what kind of load the software being run is generating

    Calling all fat asses!

Some people are trying to incite it to the point where it's not a joke. Trying to get big food companies to advertise healthy foods just as much as they do the not-so-healthy foods, and are actually mentioning the potential possibility in the future of lawsuits and/or protests against food...

of when you had to tweak your system for a reason? Like you had to tweak it to get Windows to start up in under 2 minutes? Those were the good old days... I just had a flash back to them when I went to my uncle's to try to work on his computer. I turned the computer on, and mistakenly...

Microsoft shuts down online developer store; security issue eyed

pfft... like MS is genuinely concerned for their customers' privacy  This is just a publicity stunt in my eyes... more fluff for the Windows enthusiasts to nibble on and try to find one more insignificant reason to stick with Windblows.

    That's it....I'm going Debian

Whether you like the company or not, you can't deny this will most likely get Linux as a whole the exposure it deserves, not just Redhat. True, Redhat will be in the center stage for a while due to the hype surrounding being bought by AOLTW (which is no doubt to come, them owning half the news...
