as long as you don't unhook from the internet, you're IP is steady. It'll just renew the same one over & over again.

Q, if you wanna get tricky, open your router info stuff & set the IP to static. It's only a problem when you unplug your modem & forget to reset the routrer to search...the IP is yours as long as you don't lose the connection. I ran mine as static for over 6 months.

I wasn't even going to run the sumbitch, then I noticed Xi was rapidly approaching 100 so I decided to help. Now if I quit, or if anyone else does, we'll fall back in a damned hurry. Bring it on Cat. :thup:
