Toms is less of an extreme site and more of a just-say-a-bunch-of-technical-stuff-99%-of-us-can't-understand site unless you read their Intel articles. They overclock their pentium 4's to 3 gig but don't put any real effort into overclocking Athlon XP's... 1.86 gig, pfft, I could make that speed...
