Some people just overhurry things. I always take the time when I'm buying something new (especially when it's hardware) so that I never regret something I bought afterwards or that I payed too much for it. Just take the time for things and be patient I guess (and I always stay away from...

When I'm bouncing up the walls sometimes I usually turn on some music and lay on my bed to get my mind clean again. That usually works.. If it doesn't, I call some friends, go to the nearest café, order some drinks and enjoy the night. I prefer the first option though....
