The internal speaker is hooked up. When I got home, it was on. I restarted to nothing. Pulled everything & still no beeps. Even pulled the CPU to see if anything looks unusual-no. No other power supply handy but I'll take the CPU to someone & see if it works on a test computer.

1600, 2100, 2700...is it backwards compatible? If I were to finally get a ddr mobo & could get the higher memory for use now & tomorrow it'll all work, right? example xxxx mother board uses 1600 & 2100 DDR RAM...if I get 2700 it'll still work in that board? Just curious, for now.

SILENCE!!!!!!!! :jump: I pulled my huge Delta fan & put in a much quieter version for winter. The Delta sounds like an airport at noon. It's so quiet in here now. Although, the temp did go up, from 104F to 116F, under F@H load. It's alright, it's QUIET now .:D
