That's the limit of the hard drive. My 60gig was ATA100. Isn't it <i>supposed</i> to be 66megs/s? If so, when I test my hdd speed through NERO, it's only 22megs/s.

It's on an ATA card. When I boot up, it says DMA Mode 4..and that's what it said before w/o the ATA card.
