Strange memory problem

With only Outlook open, trying to get my email I'm getting this:

When I open photoshop I get this:

What OS you using?

How much RAM you got?

Do you remember installing any programs prior to the start of this problem?

How long since you formatted?

As for the photoshop problem, if you only have one drive and one partition on that drive, then there should be a checkbox that tells Adobe to stop warning about that. If there isn't one, then Adobe Photoshop sucks

It's Win2000 with 256mb ram. I Just formatted/windows about 2 weeks ago.

What is your swapfile in Windows set to be limited to?

I would say let windows manage your swap file... or if you don't want to do that .. set the Min and Max the same.
