W Whitehat New Member Apr 21, 2003 #2 Yes... It rox. I have used it to install Winamp, and a couple other things in Redhat Linux. You might wanna check out www.linuxquestions.org and search the forums there for linux related stuff. Wine is a good program, but don't expect to just click on this and that to get it to work. It's command line. Peace...

karlwb New Member Jun 19, 2003 #3 I've used it as well, for things like WinAmp, Solitare and Notepad (?). I did want it mainly for HyperTerminal, but for some reason it was unable to access the comm ports, even though they were correctly configured in the wineconf file.
