Its still a New York victory ... after all.. the majority of the Miami population are retired and wrinkled New Yorkers.

Hats off to Florida; they got it done when it counted the most.

I'm sure almost everybody on the board will be happy to hear this will probably be the last chance for a while for the Yanks. Complete overhaul with pitching next year; should be interesting.

Money isn't everything. For proof, look at hockey's New York Rangers. They spend as much money as the Yankees and they can't even make the playoffs for six straight years (don't all the teams make the playoffs? )
