What the hell are their cops doing?
I remember a few years ago the cops here did a sting on drivers who just had their licences taken away from them in court. Two plain clothed cops would see who lost their licence, follow them outside and if they started to drive away they radioed a cop who was in his cruiser across the street. Busted! Right back to court.
