No they didn't. AT&T Canada is different from AT&T US. AT&T Canada is owned by Rogers who use Exite as their internet cable supplier. Sprint Canada is owned by Callnet.
That's the reason we got new computers at work. The Canadian government gave tax breaks to business that bought new computer systems for Y2K. We had old 486's here and the boss got 4 P450's just because of the tax break. Two are still sitting their boxes.
Are you talking about Sprint Canada? They don't have cable. They have DSL and as far as I know AT&T didn't buy them. Also they only sell their DSL service to business's not residential. I would know, my wife works for Sprint.
I did when I was a kid. Mom had a fit and tossed them. I still have a few. The oldest one I have is a 6 cent US Airmail stamp from 1944. My wife has a 1880ish reprint of the Mauritian Blue Penny stamp. I wish it was the orginal 'cause it worth around $20 million.
