I'm wondering how the Linux community is reacting to it. Merging two desktops is not going to an easy thing. KDE and Gnome both have their hard core followers. Trying to merge the two may do more harm to RedHat than good.

I haven't decided what I am going to do for forums yet. I might decide to go ahead and get vb for the $160 or whatever it costs now. I think using vb would actually have an impact on the number of people who actually used the site. I think BC's sour point was the forums themselves.
