Here's a program that will change the logo in XP The images you use need to be 640x480 pixels and 16 Colors bitmaps. This program was written with XP in mind, but it works on 2k too.

Spirit, what OS are you running, if it's 2k or XP you have to turn off Windows File Protection. Here's how
