U.S. Bishops Bar Abusive Priests

DALLAS (AP) - Hoping to finally heal their fractured church, America's Roman Catholic bishops overwhelmingly approved a policy Friday that allows them to keep sexually abusive clergy in the priesthood but bar them from face-to-face contact with parishioners.

Lock them up in penitent's cell and give them bread and water ... for life.

Lock them up in common jail with ordinary rapers...

Or lock them up in a padded cell with the parents of the victims. Not a hardwalled cell because the parents would probably prefer brutalizing them with their own hands. It's too easy to injure someone throwing them against a hard wall or bars.

Most of the victims are adults themselves now. Those cells are starting to sound crowded.
