Serve this side dish with beef, chicken, or pork.
Serves 3-4
1 pound New red potatoes
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons Granulated garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1 1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Pre-heat the oven to 400.Toss together all ingredients.
Place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until
soft.
