Well I found out the results of The MRI and except for the surgeon giving me a heart attack when he looked at it and said "Jesus Christ" it is good news. I have not torn or ripped any cartilage etc. BUT! What I did do and that's why the JC was he told me and I already knew was I smashed my bones together and that is something that is very difficult to repair so I am to be on sit down light duty for 5 weeks and then go back to him and he will see what it's like from there. Oh yes I am doing certain exercises for it but nothing to elaborate as he was going to put me in therapy but was afraid it would just make it flare up.BD
