My wife buys a lot of things on Ebay for use on her site. However, recetly a few of the selelrs have been rather late in sending a products or have been negligent in returning e-mails and such. My thoughts on this were to start a page and post my comments on these types of seelers. But would it be right and legal? If I started a page that have my personal commnets about sellers on Ebay could I get in any kind of trouble?

Hey tom, I was just wondering is
it legal to say all this stuff on
the air? I mean you can't really
verify any of it, wouldn't you
guys get sued?

Ive been wondering lately, cause
it looks like libel and slander to
me, good job though! Good thing
we have people like you around to
point out the bad guys!

We have been sued many times in the past and
have never lost. Also most of it comes down
to the fact that it is our opinion.

As long as everything is stated as opinion, not fact, you can't get in trouble for talking smack, e.g. "I think most ebay sellers are flaming lamers", not "Most ebay sellers are flaming lamers"

If you have to state a fact, make sure you have evidence to back it up, just in case.

If you get sued, you're most likely still going to be out lawyer's fees and such, but you won't have to pay the plaintiff a dime if you win.
